Upcoming: New Website Reporting Framework

03-Jan-2007
Over the next few weeks we will be introducing our next generation website reporting framework. This new upgrade will provide you with a significantly better reporting and a range of new reports. You will be able to:
  • Report on any type of content including web pages, catalogues, FAQs
  • Extremely accurate Unique Visitor reporting
  • New vs Returning Visitors
  • Visitor Country and City
  • Goal Tracking and Conversions
  • Plus many other reports
IMPORTANT: There will be some slight differences between the old and the new reporting framework. The existing reporting methodology is:
  • Based on a user's IP address
  • Only counts web page views
  • Does not distinguish between bots and human access
The new reporting methodology will:
  • No longer rely on user's IP address which will provide extreme accuracy
  • Will count all the content your customers view including web pages, catalogues, FAQs, etc
  • Bots and non-human access is now excluded from the statistics
We will be introducing our new reporting framework throughout January. We look forward to your feedback and comments on this new release.

Upload and Attachment file limit size increased to 20Mb

01-Apr-2007
Up until now a 10Mb file limit was enforced throughout the system. This meant files uploaded via the File Manager or FTP could not be larger than 10Mb. For our email clients the maximum attachment size was also set to 10Mb. This limit has now been increased to 20Mb for both website files and email attachments. We hope you find this increase useful.
