New Affiliate Report

We've added a new Affiliate Report that allows you to download a spreadsheet of all affiliates and their respective sales to facilitate easy commission payments or analysis. To learn more go to eCommerce->Affiliate Programs and select 'Reports and Performance'.

New Payment Gateways Added for Netherlands, India and Puerto Rico

We've just added 3 new payment gateways to the system. In Netherlands we've added Mollie. In India we've added EBS and in Puerto Rico we've added Banco Popular. Customers in these regions can simply enter in your account information for one of these gateways in eCommerce->Payment Gateways and start collecting payments instantly!

No Restriction on File Extensions in File Manager or FTP

Until recently we only allowed web friendly file extensions to be uploaded via the File Manager and FTP. However we've recently removed this restriction. This means you can upload files with any extension to the system.

Customer Service Ticketing: Set your availability

If you are using the new customer service ticketing feature in the system you may have noticed a new option in the ribbon in the Admin (top-right near your name). This new option appears if you are a user who handles customer inquiries through our new ticketing feature. It allows you to easily put yourself in Available or Unavailable modes which dictates whether you receive customer inquiries or whether they are routed to other members within your organization.

eCommerce Improvements: Show featured products

Now you can tag products and display them in various parts of your website with ease. We've developed a new module that allows you to display any number of products for a given tag on your website. We've also added an alternate layout so featured products can be displayed differently to other products on your website. To learn more go to eCommerce->Products and choose a Product. From the action box simply click to tag your products. Then go to a web page and use the Module Manager to simply drop {module_productfeaturelist,TAG} on your page.

Enhanced WYSIWYG Editor

We've just released an update to our WYSIWYG editor which has a number of small enhancements and fixes. The next time you use the WYSIWYG editor you will automatically use the updated version.

Web Apps: Import File Format Changes / Import Classifications

We've made some enhancements to the Web Apps import and as a result there are a number of changes to the import file. You can now use the Web App import to classify each item against one or more classifications. Additionally with the release of our Store Locator enhancements you can now import an address for each Web App item.

To learn more go to any Web App and click to download the entire web app list. You'll see the new columns present in the file downloaded. You may leave the columns empty if they don't apply.

Web Apps: Exciting Improvements - Store Locator/Google Maps integration

This is a really exciting enhancement to our Web Apps framework. Now you can create Store Locator functionality with just a few clicks of the mouse. For any web app you can enable the "Address Input/Search" option which enables you to add or import an address for an item. You can then utilize the Web Apps Search Form to allow anyone to search for items within a certain vicinity of that address. Additionally we've developed 2 new modules that allow you to plot web app items on a Google map!

Click here to learn more about this exciting new feature. Once you are ready simply use the Module Manager to add { module_webappsmap} to a web page in order to display a list of web app items on a Google map. Alternatively you can use { module_webappsresultsmap} to display web app items on a Google map when using the search feature.

Customer Service Ticketing: Now handles web form inquiries

We've just added support so web form inquiries can utilize the new Customer Service Ticketing framework. This means regardless of whether your inquiries are coming directly via email or customers are filling in a web form on your website, you can have a consistent process for dealing with them. To take advantage of this enhancement go to Modules->Web Forms and choose any web form. Then from the Workflow drop down box choose the relevant Customer Service Ticketing account.

Filter customers based on country

This is a popular request where you can now use our reporting feature to segment and report on your customer database based on their country. This means you can now get a list of customers who's default address is in a particular country. To use this feature go to Reports->Create a Customer Report.

Product Attributes: User-Interface Improvements

We've introduced a new interface for our product attributes feature. Now you can create any number of attributes for your products, choose their style (radio list, checkboxes, drop down), choose images and prices for your attributes with greater ease. Try it out by going to eCommerce->Products, choose a product and then click on "Create attribute groups".

Customer Service Ticketing: SSL Support

We've received a number of requests to allow SSL connections when using the new Customer Service Ticketing. In particular email providers such as Gmail require this. This feature has now been added. To learn more go to Admin->Customer Service Ticketing.
