I am a BC partner who works as a marketing coach and I'm ready to add more programmers/designers to my team to help with the development of client sites. Looking for freelance developers/designers who are an expert at the BC system and want to develop a long term relationship as one of my go-to guys/gals. If I love you, I'll keep you busy ;) I really want someone I can develop a great relationship with!

REQUIREMENTS:

- You MUST meet your own deadlines. I am sick of dealing with programmers that set their own deadlines and fail to meet them. If this is you, please don't waste my time or yours.

- If your work is glitchy, don't respond. I only want to work with programmers/designers that check their work before they finish the project. It should always work in IE7, IE8, FF, Chrome and Safari. You shouldn't have to ask me if it's working.

- You MUST be available by email and phone. And I prefer Eastern or Central time zone, if possible.

- You MUST be a freelancer. If you work for someone else full time and you can only talk at night, that's not going to work for me, sorry.
