Stopping Auto Responsers?
I'd imagine there would but I didn't find it.
Is there a way of stopping the autoresponders when forms and web app items submitted? we don't want the client to receive anything.  They get an onscreen confirmation.

Email Messages Appearing From BC?
Several of the emails generated by the website read that they are from BC not the actual website. I recently just found a set default email details for  the site. I am wondering is there anywhere else I need to set to stop the messages saying they are coming from Business Catalyst?

Thanks again in Advance.
I really appreciate the support given on these forums.

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us!

In terms of autoresponders, this is addressed here: http://onlinebusinesswiki.com/index.php/Can_I_disable_the_Autoresponder_for_Web_Forms%3F

For e-mails, you need to set the default e-mail in Customize System E-mails and any other places where e-mails are sent from the system.  Simply double check your autoresponders, marketing, etc.

If you give us a specific e-mail we can point you to where you change the information.

This is true by by adding '&SAR=False' to end end of the action does stop the autoresponder from sending . . . mainly because the form process is incomplete.

By blocking it this way is restricts the ability to redirect the form to another page on submission, ie. PageID=/newpage.html

Is there a way of stopping the Autoresponder without disabling the form process?

Cheers,
G.
