Invoices not being sent

I'm testing a new e-commerce site and have discovered that the invoice that is automatically sent to the customer doesn't always send, or can take hours before reaching their inbox.  I've especially noticed trouble with AOL email addresses.  I've checked the spam/junk folders and its not there.

Also, when I click "Email Invoice" from the admin section, or try to send it to myself "Email Me" nothing happens.

I hope this is something simple that I bypassed.  Please help!  Need to resolve this ASAP!

After more testing, I think I can narrow this down to AOL email addresses.  Does anyone else run into problems sending invoices to AOL email addresses?

I've sent some test invoices from your site to our AOL.com testing address.  I'll write back tomorrow with any findings.

Hello,

It appears as if AOL is getting invoices properly, though it did take longer than usual to get there.  Given that invoices to other services were sent in a normal amount of time I am guessing there is a particular load issue with AOL causing the delay in receipt which might be on their end.

Regardless, we will continue to monitor the situation and will perform any internal changes which would have a positive impact as deemed neccesary.

Hey,

A similar issue came up with www.neotokyo.com.au

Some random Orders were not coming through with an "Order Status" and the client was not receiving the invoices either.

But this occurred on 3 completely random orders over the past few days.

So something is definitely a miss here.. but I have supported a Partner ticket.
