Anyone have experience selling in Africa?

 Working on a site for an African organization.  Anyone have any experience with Payment gateways that work for Africa? 

Unless you have a US bank account it seems like Paypal Pro is the only one (if you want recurring billing).  Otherwise, it seems that PayGate works in SA. 

Anyone else have any input on this?
